Since our activities are held regularly every week, those of you who want to register can do so at any time. Registration is always open, guys.
Here's how:
First,
Click the gform link in the scifun.id Instagram bio. Or click the link in the upper right corner of the yubk.org website.
Second,
Complete your personal details and attach your CV, parental consent letter (for those under 17 years old) or ID card for those over 17 years old, as well as proof that you follow @scifun.id and @unedokasih on Instagram.
Third,
Document selection by mentor. (You will be contacted by the mentor via WhatsApp) for data verification.
Fourth,
Grouping (you will be added to the scifun-ers group).
Finally,
Welcome, and you can now join the Unedo workshop.
For those of you who have joined scifun-ers, you can choose the location and time that suits your schedule by voting in the poll (it will be shared every two weeks in the scifun-ers group).
For those of you who haven't joined yet, please register first by filling out the form at the link in the bio of sicfun.id's Instagram account and following the registration process.
We will provide knowledge, happiness, and food. Personally, you are welcome to bring small gifts such as food or stationery to give to the children we serve.
For the first three meetings, you can assist the children with their studies. After three meetings, you can create ideas to be used as learning themes for the workshops that will be held. The themes are open, depending on your own passions, for example: drawing, learning about music, law, finance, etc.
The good news is that we don't prioritize friends who have certain skills. Instead, we prioritize serving children with all our hearts.
You only need to bring yourself, a tumbler, and snacks (optional) if your friends want to give them to the children at the service location. Actually, you are required to wear an ID lanyard, but don't worry, it will be provided for you.
You only need to set aside approximately two hours, including preparation time, but not including travel time.
You can see it in the LOCATION PROFILE highlight on Instagram @scifun.id, where you can get a glimpse of the location profiles served by the Unedo Foundation.
For now, transportation and transportation costs are not provided, but if you are confused, you can discuss general transportation recommendations in the group or arrange to travel with other scifun-ers who are going in the same direction.
No. Volunteering is unpaid and there is no fee to participate.
Yes, you will get a meal. But you have to bring your own drinks. If you run out, you can refill them.
What's certain is that you'll make new friends and connections, expand your social network, gain social skills, and definitely increase your awareness of others. So scifun-ers will help you become more confident and learn to think outside the box.
The special benefit is that you can hone your public speaking skills and learn to become a leader through the guidance of mentors to develop your ideas and creativity into learning materials that will be presented at all of our service locations.
You will join other scifun-ers and, of course, be accompanied by older mentors as well.
We will serve elementary and junior high school children.
Currently, activities are held once on weekdays and once on weekends. On weekdays, they are held on Wednesday afternoons at 4:00 p.m. (however, some locations hold them on Fridays), and on weekends, they are held on Saturday or Sunday afternoons at 1:00 p.m. (times are subject to change based on agreements with the person in charge at each location).
